Role overview

We are looking for a driven and results-oriented Account Executive to help scale KIME’s customer base and grow revenue. In this role, you will work closely with marketing, product, and leadership teams to identify opportunities, build strong client relationships, and close deals. You’ll be responsible for managing the full sales cycle - from prospecting and pitching to negotiation and onboarding - ensuring clients see the value of KIME’s AI-powered marketing analytics platform.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the entire sales process from lead generation to closing.

  • Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.

  • Conduct product demos and present tailored solutions to potential clients.

  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to refine messaging and positioning.

  • Identify new business opportunities within target industries and markets.

  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to achieve revenue goals.

  • Consistently meet or exceed sales quotas and performance targets.

  • Maintain accurate pipeline records and reporting in the CRM system.

  • Provide client feedback to inform product development and roadmap priorities.

Required qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

  • 2+ years of experience in B2B SaaS sales or account management.

  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

  • Experience with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar).

  • Ability to understand and articulate technical solutions to non-technical stakeholders.

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

  • Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
