Role overview

We are looking for an ambitious and visionary Founding CTO to lead the technical strategy and execution of KIME. In this role, you will be responsible for architecting and building our AI-powered marketing analytics platform from the ground up, while shaping the long-term technical direction of the company. As a founding team member, you’ll partner closely with the CEO and other leaders to make key decisions that define our product, culture, and growth trajectory.

Responsibilities
  • Define and own the technical vision, strategy, and roadmap for KIME.

  • Architect, build, and scale the core platform, ensuring performance, security, and reliability.

  • Hire, mentor, and lead a high-performing engineering team as the company grows.

  • Collaborate with product, design, and business teams to translate ideas into features and solutions.

  • Oversee infrastructure, development processes, and technical operations.

  • Ensure the platform leverages cutting-edge AI/ML technologies effectively.

  • Establish best practices in code quality, testing, and deployment.

  • Represent technology in discussions with investors, partners, and key stakeholders.

Required qualifications
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

  • 7+ years of experience in software engineering, with significant leadership experience.

  • Proven ability to architect and scale SaaS or data-driven products.

  • Strong expertise in full-stack development and cloud infrastructure.

  • Experience with AI/ML systems and integrating them into real-world products.

  • Demonstrated success in hiring and leading technical teams.

  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.

  • Excellent communication skills and comfort engaging with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
