Role overview
We are looking for a motivated and curious Junior ML Engineer to support the development and optimization of KIME’s AI-powered marketing analytics platform. In this role, you will work closely with senior engineers and data scientists to build, test, and deploy machine learning models that enhance product performance and deliver actionable insights to our customers. You’ll gain hands-on experience across the AI stack, contributing to real-world applications in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
Assist in developing, training, and evaluating machine learning models.
Support the integration of AI models into production systems.
Collaborate with data scientists and engineers to prepare and clean datasets.
Conduct experiments to fine-tune model performance and accuracy.
Document workflows, processes, and model results for internal use.
Stay up-to-date on emerging AI frameworks, tools, and best practices.
Help troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in AI pipelines.
Contribute to research and prototyping of new AI-driven product features.
Required qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
1–2 years of experience (academic, internship, or professional) in machine learning or AI development.
Familiarity with Python and common ML libraries (TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn, etc.).
Basic understanding of data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation.
Knowledge of SQL and/or NoSQL databases.
Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) is a plus.
Strong analytical skills and eagerness to learn from senior team members.
Attention to detail, with the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
