  • Collaborate with designers, product managers, and data scientists to define and deliver product features.

  • Ensure application security, performance, and reliability across the stack.

  • Write clean, maintainable code with strong testing and documentation practices.

  • Stay current with modern frameworks, tools, and development best practices.

  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across frontend and backend.

Required qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

  • 4+ years of experience in full-stack development.

  • Proficiency in modern frontend frameworks (e.g., React, Next.js, or similar).

  • Strong backend experience with languages such as Node.js or Python.

  • Solid understanding of relational and non-relational databases (SQL/NoSQL).

  • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).

  • Familiarity with microservices, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps practices.

  • Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

What we offer

  • Competitive salary and performance-based bonuses.

  • Flexible working hours and hybrid/remote options.

  • Professional development budget for learning, certifications, and conferences.

  • Paid time off and company holidays.

  • An ambitious, collaborative, and innovative team culture.
