Visibility
How often the answer engine names your brand when a shopper asks a question your category should be in. The most direct measure of whether you exist in this channel.
Placement & sentiment
Where in the response your brand appears, and how it's described. Being mentioned third, with a hedge, is not the same as being recommended first.
Citations
The URLs and sources the model pulled from to construct its answer. Citations are the supply chain of AI visibility. Influence the inputs, you influence the output.
