Yes. Every new KIME account includes a 7-day free trial with full access to the features of the plan you choose. We collect a card when you sign up, but we won't charge it during the trial — you're only charged if you continue with a paid plan after the trial ends.

What's the difference between the brand plans and the agency plans?

Brand plans (Explorer, Core, Enterprise) are built for companies monitoring their own AI visibility. Agency plans (Agency Starter, Agency Custom) are built for agencies and consultancies that manage visibility for multiple client brands — they include unlimited client workspaces, unlimited pitch workspaces, and collaborative features that brand plans don't.

Can I change plans later?

Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time from your account settings. Upgrades take effect immediately, and downgrades apply at the start of your next billing cycle.

What happens after my free trial ends?

You'll be notified before your trial ends so you can choose a paid plan to continue using KIME. Pricing, billing, and any card charges are clearly communicated in your account settings throughout the trial so there are no surprises.

Every plan includes the action center, which finds and prioritises the opportunities; the execution allowance determines how many of those actions KIME carries out for you rather than handing back to your team.

Yes. KIME can be billed monthly, quarterly or annually, and longer billing periods are discounted: quarterly billing saves 5% and annual billing saves 15% compared to paying monthly. On the Core plan (€399/mo), annual billing brings the effective price down to roughly €339/mo. KIME is priced in EUR, USD, DKK and GBP, selectable on the pricing page. Enterprise pricing is quoted individually based on prompt volume, number of AI engines, brands and markets. There are no setup fees or hidden costs on any KIME plan.

Yes. KIME is a subscription with no lock-in contract — you can cancel from your account settings and you will not be charged for the next billing period. If you cancel a monthly plan, you keep access until the end of the month you have paid for. If you are on a quarterly or annual plan, where you have taken a 5% or 15% discount in exchange for committing to that period, the plan runs to the end of the committed term and then stops. You can also switch between the Explorer and Core plans at any time rather than cancelling outright.
