Role overview

We are looking for a Senior GEO Strategist to join KIME in a foundational role at the forefront of how brands grow in the AI era.

This is a senior, high-ownership role for someone who combines deep expertise in organic acquisition with a strong understanding of how AI is transforming search, discovery, and brand visibility.

You will work directly with KIME’s enterprise clients, advising them on how to define and scale their visibility across AI-driven discovery channels. This includes shaping strategy, driving experimentation, measuring business impact, and helping clients adapt to a rapidly evolving discovery landscape by leveraging KIME’s end-to-end platform.

Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) sits at the core of this role. This goes beyond traditional SEO. It is about ensuring brands are discoverable, understood, cited, and surfaced across AI-powered environments where user intent increasingly begins.

The ideal candidate brings strong strategic thinking, analytical rigor, and hands-on execution experience, with a proven track record of driving measurable growth.


Responsibilities

GEO Strategy & Client Leadership

  • Define and lead AI-driven organic acquisition strategies for enterprise clients

  • Build scalable strategic roadmaps aligned with client growth objectives

  • Define and track success metrics across visibility, traffic, engagement, pipeline, and revenue contribution

  • Act as a strategic advisor to senior client stakeholders through KIME's account management structure

Experimentation & Optimization

  • Lead structured experimentation across GEO initiatives

  • Test hypotheses, iterate rapidly, and identify scalable growth levers

  • Stay ahead of platform changes across ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, Perplexity, Google AI experiences, and emerging ecosystems

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with product, engineering, sales, and marketing teams

  • Help shape product direction through client feedback and market intelligence

  • Contribute to KIME’s internal GEO methodology and thought leadership


Required qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in the area of search, organic growth, digital acquisition, or related growth roles

  • Strong understanding of search and how AI is reshaping discovery

  • Proven ability to develop strategy and drive measurable business outcomes

  • Analytical mindset with confidence translating data into clear actions and priorities

  • Strong communication skills and experience working cross-functionally with clients, product, engineering, and commercial teams

  • Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment
